General bonus conditions that apply across all phbet21 promotions unless stated otherwise:

phbet21 is committed to provably fair gaming under PAGCOR oversight:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phbet21 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account or using an account registered under another person's identity or information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, including through the exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or known RNG vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity; using phbet21 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagers have been settled.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phbet21 staff, support agents, or other Platform users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other method to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.

All content available on the phbet21 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, visual designs, text, graphics, audio, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of phbet21 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any phbet21 content without express written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting any structured data from the Platform using automated means.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. phbet21 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbet21's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arose.

phbet21 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or loss of access resulting from maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond phbet21's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from the Player's own decision to gamble, including decisions made while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by phbet21's own negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

phbet21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons, without limiting other grounds for action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or a third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• A direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Players may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting phbet21 support via the 24/7 live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to any choice-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Player and phbet21 that cannot be resolved through phbet21's internal customer support and escalation process shall first be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory avenue. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the PAGCOR process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

phbet21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phbet21 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the operative version and is published at phbet21.net/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
